Elicia has been dedicated to the craft of hairstyling since 1995. She continues to grow with current styles by continuing her education. Her passion is hair coloring – from multi-dimensional highlights to balayage. She loves working with her clients to change styles to reflect the changing seasons. Elicia loves helping people and loves working with clients to give them a style they can always be proud of!
