Appointments

We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. 24-hour notice of a cancellation is greatly appreciated. We may have to ask you to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late. Visit the Book an Appointment page for information on online booking.

Payment Options

We accept cash, Visa/MasterCard, and debit cards for your convenience. Gratuities are not included in the price of services or gift certificates and cannot be added to credit cards, but they are always appreciated. All packages or multiple appointments require a credit card deposit, which is charged at 50% if there is a late cancellation or no show.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be ordered by phone, in person, or from our website. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable, and are valid at any of our three locations.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Thank You Program

Our Tranquility Client program automatically rewards both our faithful clients and our new ones. This is the simplest system yet; all you have to do to sign up is – nothing. With our Thank You Program, you get 10% Off most Retail Products automatically at checkout.

Children

We love children, but they are not permitted in the Salon & Spa without an appointment for liability and safety reasons.

Spa

We ask that you do not bring valuables with you, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Cell phones must be silenced within Tranquility.
